NovaBio Research Institute is seeking a dedicated Biology Research Scientist to join our interdisciplinary team in Cambridge, MA. You will design and execute experiments focused on cellular and molecular biology to advance our pipeline in translational research.

Responsibility
- Plan and execute experiments across cell culture, molecular biology, and biochemistry to generate high-quality data.
- Design, optimize, and validate experimental workflows, SOPs, and QC procedures.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data using statistical tools; prepare clear reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with genomics, proteomics, and bioinformatics teams to integrate multi-omics data.
- Maintain a compliant, safe, and well-documented lab environment with proper inventory management.
- Contribute to manuscript preparation, conference posters, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and train junior researchers and interns to foster a collaborative team culture.
Qualification
- MS or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on wet-lab experience in cell culture, PCR/qPCR, ELISA, and related assays.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to design experiments, troubleshoot, and optimize protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present data effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to lab safety, regulatory compliance, and meticulous documentation.
- Experience with manuscript preparation, conference presentations, or publication record is a plus.
