We value collaboration, scientific curiosity, and rigorous approach to experimentation. This role offers opportunities to design experiments, mentor junior staff, and contribute to publications and patent literature.

Responsibility

  • Plan and execute experiments in mammalian and cell culture systems to investigate mechanism of action of novel compounds.
  • Develop and validate assays (e.g., ELISA, qPCR, Western blot) to measure target engagement and biomarker readouts.
  • Analyze experimental data, generate clear reports, and present findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with bioinformatics to integrate omics data and phenotype readouts.
  • Standardize SOPs, ensure GMP-like documentation for research activities, and maintain quality control.
  • Mentor junior researchers and support training programs in the lab.
  • Publish results in internal reports and contribute to external manuscripts and patent filings.
  • Stay current with literature and participate in ongoing process improvements.

Qualification

  • PhD or MSc in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field; 3+ years of relevant post-degree experience for MSc or 0-3 years for PhD graduates.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cell culture, aseptic techniques, and general molecular biology methods.
  • Proficiency with ELISA, qPCR, Western blot, and other biomarker assays; experience with high-throughput screening is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis using Python, R, or similar tools; ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent scientific writing, documentation, and communication skills; demonstrated ability to contribute to publications or patents.
