Responsibility

  • Assemble and wire sub assemblies and final assemblies for Bruker instruments according to BOMs and engineering drawings.
  • Perform integration of components into subsystems and conduct initial functional testing.
  • Carry out calibration, alignment, and verification using standard test equipment.
  • Inspect, document, and ensure traceability of all assembled products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and participate in 5S activities.
  • Support packaging and handover activities for internal use or customer delivery.

Qualification

  • Diploma or technical certificate in engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or related field, or equivalent hands on experience.
  • Hands on experience with electro mechanical assembly, wiring, harnessing, and use of precision tools.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMs.
  • Proficiency with testing and calibration tools such as DMM, oscilloscope, calipers, micrometers.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and good documentation discipline.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and cleanroom practices; ISO 9001 experience is a plus.
