Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify potential customers for bookings and sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts; monitor activity and ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with operations to schedule bookings, track orders, and ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations; respond to inquiries with accuracy and speed
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, update pipeline, and generate periodic sales reports
  • Achieve monthly booking targets; analyze data to optimize outreach strategies
  • Provide post-booking support, handle objections, and upsell/cross-sell where appropriate

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; degree preferred
  • 1-3 years in sales, customer service, or field sales; B2B or account management experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office; ability to generate reports
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work in the Cainta area and perform local travel as needed
