Private Advertiser is seeking a strategic and results-driven Branch Head to lead SSC Semarang. Responsibility
- Lead the SSC Semarang branch to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and service level agreements.
- Own the branch P&L, budget planning, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, including service delivery, quality assurance, and compliance.
- Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing team; implement structured performance management.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, forecasts, and territory development plans.
- Foster strong customer relationships, resolve escalations, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to launch initiatives and improve processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of sales leadership or branch management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing budgets.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM, analytics, and reporting tools.
