Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, POS accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales targets and deliver superior customer service.
- Manage inventory control: forecasting, stock levels, cycle counts, reorder points, and supplier relationships.
- Drive sales growth by building relationships with customers, generating quotations, and closing deals.
- Ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, promotions, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor branch KPIs, prepare regular reports, and implement process improvements to increase profitability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant store environment, ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of branch or retail management experience, preferably in auto parts or automotive service sectors.
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities with experience coaching staff.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS/inventory systems; data-driven with analytical mindset.
- Valid driver's license may be required for supplier or branch visits.
