Join Private Advertiser as Branch Sales Supervisor for our Novaliches branch and lead a dynamic sales team to accelerate growth. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding branch revenue by recruiting new customers, nurturing partnerships, and executing targeted sales activities. You will mentor and coach a high-performing sales force, set clear performance expectations, and monitor daily operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-focused, and capable of translating market insights into actionable plans that drive results.

You will also oversee branch-level reporting, inventory and cash handling procedures, and the development of training programs to elevate team performance.

\nAs your responsibilities expand, you will also play a critical role in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and forecasting demand. You will provide regular coaching sessions, conduct performance reviews, and actively participate in hiring seasonal staff to meet peak periods. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task across many storefront activities are essential.
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the branch sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Drive customer recruitment and onboarding in the Novaliches area, expanding the branch's sales pipeline and market reach.
- Develop and execute local promotional campaigns and events in collaboration with Marketing.
- Coach and mentor sales associates; conduct regular performance reviews and targeted training.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, and optimize strategy based on data.
- Manage key accounts, build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling, inventory control, and operational standards at the branch.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or branch-level sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with MS Excel; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Willingness to work in Novaliches and travel within the area as needed; flexible schedule.
