Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end production of daily and prime-time programming for live and taped segments
  • Collaborate with directors, editors, talent, and engineers to plan rundowns, scripts, and segment timing
  • Manage studio operations including cameras, audio, graphics, and playback to ensure flawless delivery
  • Coordinate remote feeds, OBs, and satellite uplinks; troubleshoot live production issues under pressure
  • Maintain production calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with broadcast standards, rights management, and legal clearance
  • Review post-production edits and deliver final masters with accurate metadata

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, media production, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in broadcast production, studio or field
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast workflows, switching, audio, graphics, and ingest/outbound processes
  • Proficiency with non-linear editors (Avid, Adobe Premiere Pro) and playout systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects with flexible hours
