Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end production of daily and prime-time programming for live and taped segments
- Collaborate with directors, editors, talent, and engineers to plan rundowns, scripts, and segment timing
- Manage studio operations including cameras, audio, graphics, and playback to ensure flawless delivery
- Coordinate remote feeds, OBs, and satellite uplinks; troubleshoot live production issues under pressure
- Maintain production calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with broadcast standards, rights management, and legal clearance
- Review post-production edits and deliver final masters with accurate metadata
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in communications, media production, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in broadcast production, studio or field
- Strong knowledge of broadcast workflows, switching, audio, graphics, and ingest/outbound processes
- Proficiency with non-linear editors (Avid, Adobe Premiere Pro) and playout systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects with flexible hours
- Understanding of rights management and compliance for broadcast content
