Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end production for live and pre-recorded television broadcasts.
- Coordinate with editorial, technical, and creative teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Develop engaging content ideas aligned with audience interests and company goals.
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
- Maintain high standards for quality, journalistic integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Direct talent and crew during live broadcasts to ensure flawless execution.
- Analyze audience feedback and ratings, implementing improvements as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in broadcast production (television or radio).
- Proficient in industry-standard broadcasting software and studio hardware.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong editorial judgement and a keen eye for compelling content.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Deep understanding of FCC regulations and broadcast standards.
