Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end production of live and recorded broadcasts, from concept to airing.
- Collaborate with directors, writers, and on-air talent to develop compelling content and segments.
- Coordinate technical crews to ensure flawless execution of live and pre-recorded shows.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for efficient content delivery.
- Approve scripts, storyboards, and run-downs for all programming.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to innovate new broadcasting formats and techniques.
- Implement and enforce broadcast quality standards and compliance regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to maintain broadcast continuity.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of broadcast production experience at a major network or station.
- Proven leadership in high-pressure, time-sensitive broadcast environments.
- Strong knowledge of studio technologies, editing software, and live production workflows.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Understanding of FCC regulations and broadcast compliance standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by live programming schedules.
