Responsibility

  • Lead and coordinate live production operations across multiple broadcast channels and platforms
  • Manage control room workflows, switcher operations, and graphics integration to ensure seamless on air presentation
  • Oversee uplink/downlink, satellite feeds, and IP based delivery workflows
  • Maintain broadcast continuity, QA/QC, incident response, and rapid problem solving
  • Manage vendor relationships, schedule crew, training, and performance development
  • Ensure technical compliance with regulatory, safety, and accessibility standards
  • Collaborate with Editorial and Engineering teams to implement new workflows, tools, and automation

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years in broadcast operations or master control roles
  • Proficiency with video switchers, automation systems, graphics pipelines, and media asset management
  • Strong knowledge of streaming, satellite, IP delivery, RTMP/RTSP, and file-based workflows
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
