Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate daily building maintenance activities for Akari Lighting facilities in Quezon City and nearby sites.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems.
- Monitor energy consumption, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement cost-saving improvements.
- Respond promptly to facility issues, diagnose problems, and coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure safety compliance, conduct regular inspections, and enforce adherence to local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories, service contracts, warranty records, and detailed maintenance logs to support planning and budgeting.
- Collaborate with operations, security, and procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations and reliable infrastructure.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in electrical, mechanical engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a building maintenance engineer or facilities supervisor in commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and building management systems (BMS).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance frameworks; ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Experience in managing vendors, service contracts, and cross-functional teams.
