You will partner with client leadership to diagnose critical business challenges, design actionable roadmaps, and translate complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations that drive measurable value.
Responsibility
- Conduct client needs assessments and align on scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Lead workstreams across operations, finance, and organization design to deliver practical solutions.
- Develop data-driven analyses, financial models, and scenario planning to inform strategy.
- Create compelling, executive-level deliverables and client presentations.
- Collaborate with partners to define project scope, milestones, and staffing plans.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development and proposal work.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
- 5+ years in management or strategy consulting with a demonstrated track record.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience delivering client-ready presentations and building trusted client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% (post-pandemic guidelines) as required.
