As a Senior Business Strategy Consultant, you will partner with executives to diagnose growth opportunities, design scalable operating models, and lead high-impact initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end strategic engagements, from hypothesis through execution and benefits realization.
- Conduct market due diligence, competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and financial modeling.
- Develop and test operating models, business cases, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to secure buy-in.
- Manage workstreams, project plans, budgets, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants; contribute to practice growth through IP development.
- Present findings and recommendations to client leadership with compelling storytelling.
- Drive change management activities and track post-implementation benefits.
Qualification
- 6+ years in management or strategy consulting, or corporate strategy roles; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling, and data visualization (Excel, PowerPoint; Tableau or similar is a plus).
- Proven track record delivering strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; comfortable traveling up to 50%.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment; proactive problem-solver.
- Strong client interfacing skills and professional presence.
