NovaBridge Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Strategy Consultant to join our New York City team. You will help leading organizations solve complex business problems, design actionable strategies, and drive measurable impact across revenue, cost, and operational performance.
In this role, you will partner with client leaders to diagnose issues, build compelling roadmaps, and enable organizations to execute efficiently. We value strategic thinkers who combine quantitative rigor with practical storytelling.
What you’ll do is work closely with executives to deliver high-value outcomes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development initiatives to expand our client portfolio.
Responsibility
- Lead cross-functional client engagements to identify strategic opportunities and deliver actionable roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous market, competitive, and internal analyses to inform growth and efficiency initiatives.
- Develop and present executive-level recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
- Design performance metrics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to enable data-driven decisions.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive consensus.
- Manage project workstreams, timelines, and budgets while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants; contribute to proposal development and client business development efforts.
- Collaborate with client teams to implement change management practices and ensure sustainable impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or equivalent in-house strategy roles.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills with experience leading multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfort with client-facing roles, travel up to 20-40% as required.
- Experience in digital transformation, operating model design, and change management is a plus.
