In this role, you will work directly with clients to diagnose challenges, shape strategy, and drive tangible outcomes across operations, finance, growth, and digital initiatives. You will join a high performance team that values intellect, impact, and professional growth.
Responsibility
- Lead client engagements from scoping to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, current-state assessments, and gap analyses to uncover opportunities.
- Develop actionable roadmaps, business cases, and performance metrics that drive measurable results.
- Perform market and competitive analysis, synthesize insights, and present clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design improvements and manage project timelines.
- Deliver executive ready presentations and facilitate strategy workshops with C level stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development and proposal writing.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management or strategy consulting or advisory roles.
- Strong analytical skills including financial modeling, data analysis, and KPI development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Proven track record delivering complex transformation programs and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and willingness to travel as needed.
