As part of our team, you will collaborate with executives, run workshops, and mentor junior consultants to drive value for our clients.
Responsibility
- Partner with clients to identify strategic opportunities, define scope, and articulate value delivery
- Lead rigorous analyses (market, financial, operational) to inform recommendations
- Develop business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans with clear milestones
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to align stakeholders
- Guide multi-disciplinary teams through change management and execution
- Craft compelling client deliverables, presentations, and executive communications
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and ensure timely value realization
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development activities
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years in management consulting or strategy/operations roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities
- Experience with data visualization, financial modeling, and KPI tracking
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and travel as required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI)
