What youâll do
- Lead end-to-end client engagements, from scoping and hypothesis creation to final delivery and impact assessment.
- Diagnose performance gaps across strategy, operations, and financials; design pragmatic, data-driven solutions.
- Develop and present compelling strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders, with clear roadmaps and business cases.
- Build robust financial models, scenario analyses, and value-driven business cases to quantify impact.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and working sessions with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Own project planning, timelines, budget management, and senior stakeholder communications; drive quality and risk mitigation.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants; contribute to business development and proposal creation.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage client engagements with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Perform market, competitive, and internal analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic recommendations and present findings to executives.
- Build and refine financial models, business cases, and ROI calculations.
- Facilitate client workshops and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage project plans, risk, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and BD to convert insights into new opportunities.
Qualification
- 7+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy/operational roles.
- MBA or Masterâs degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; CFA/CPA a plus.
- Proven track record delivering meaningful business impact (revenue growth, cost optimization, or transformation).
- Strong analytical capability with advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL a plus).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams, managing multiple workstreams, and traveling as needed (up to 25%).
- Comfort with ambiguity, client-facing environments, and delivering under tight timelines.
