Responsibility
- Lead and manage strategic consulting engagements from scoping to delivery
- Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to inform client decisions
- Develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Design and implement transformation roadmaps, operating models, and process improvements
- Build and nurture client relationships, manage stakeholders, and communicate progress
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to intellectual capital and methodology
- Support business development and proposal efforts with compelling content
- Facilitate workshops and executive briefings with clear outcomes
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and storytelling
- Proven track record delivering actionable recommendations and measurable impact
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with willingness to travel
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent are a plus
