As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Account Management Officer to join our team in a remote-friendly setup.
Role overview: This role blends strategic business development with trusted account management to maximize client value and revenue. Based in the Philippines with a focus on clients in San Juan City and Metro Manila, you will identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and coordinate with suppliers to deliver premium promotional campaigns. Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop tailored proposals, RFP responses, and quotes for new and existing clients.
- Manage end-to-end account lifecycle including onboarding, upselling, cross-selling, and renewal negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with marketing, sourcing, and operations to ensure fulfilment of client requirements and timely delivery.
- Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on key sales metrics to leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and clients to maximize value and profitability.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and drive client satisfaction and retention.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with product sourcing or vendor negotiations is a plus.
