Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are excited to kickstart a career in B2B sales, merchant onboarding, and e-commerce operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard new merchant partners, support campaign launches, and track performance to drive merchant growth on our platform.
As a key member of the Business Development group, you will learn to manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring accurate data capture, compliance with onboarding requirements, and a seamless activation experience for merchants. You will also assist in planning and executing campaigns that help merchants succeed, while monitoring KPIs and providing insights to improve performance. Responsibility
- Onboard new merchant accounts to our e-commerce platform, ensuring data accuracy and a smooth activation experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing ongoing onboarding support and performance guidance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to plan and execute campaigns that drive merchant growth.
- Identify growth opportunities, manage renewal and upsell inquiries, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and insights to inform business decisions.
- Assist in optimizing onboarding processes, creating SOPs, and training materials for internal teams.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure an exceptional merchant experience from sign-up to activation.
Qualification
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; fresh graduates welcome.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Filipino is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in business development and e-commerce operations.
