Responsibility
- Drive revenue growth in the China market through B2B sales, B2C channels, and livestream commerce.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within target segments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions for diverse customer needs.
- Manage and monitor sales performance, pipelines, and reporting for effective forecasting.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and through online platforms, including livestreams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B and B2C environments.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and livestream sales platforms, especially focused on the China market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly advantageous to liaise with China-based partners and clients.
