We are expanding our sales team and seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new business, cultivate strong client relationships, and help shape our market strategy in West Java and beyond. Based in Gunung Sindur, Jawa Barat, you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities, design compelling value propositions, and close deals that create long-term partnerships. You will manage a full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and onboarding—consistently aligning customer needs with our solutions. What you will do: build and manage a robust sales pipeline, conduct market research, and deliver accurate forecasting; develop strategic partnerships that expand distribution and increase market reach; tailor proposals and presentations to client needs; collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns and messaging; and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success after closing deals. Responsibility
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base in Gunung Sindur and surrounding areas.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report results to leadership.
- Develop and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners to maximize market reach.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate insights into action.
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to win new business.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling value propositions and campaigns.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; professional experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or new business development, with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities; customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools; data-driven decision making.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus; willingness to travel within the region.
