As part of the sales and partnerships team, you will manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on exceeding monthly targets. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to craft tailored value propositions, deliver compelling presentations, and create accurate proposals and quotes. The ideal candidate is results-driven, resilient, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer focus.
What you will do includes developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and providing accurate sales forecasting. You'll represent Toshiba Tec at client meetings, trade shows, and product demonstrations, negotiating terms that maximize value for clients and the company. This is a customer-facing role that rewards initiative, collaboration, and professional excellence.

- Develop tailored proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and services teams to align Toshiba Tec offerings with customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals with profitability and compliance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track key metrics, and provide regular sales reporting to leadership.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and online channels with professionalism and integrity.

Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in tech or enterprise solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and Microsoft Office; data-driven approach.
- Fluent in English; Malay language skills are a plus and beneficial for local markets.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia as required (approximately 10-20%).
