We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in Malaysia. You will nurture relationships with facility owners, designers and government clients, presenting compelling value propositions and delivering sustainable growth for our range of high performance outdoor solutions.
In this role, you will be the face of Eco Outdoor, identifying new business opportunities, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborating with installation and engineering teams to ensure client success. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, enjoys solving problems, and is driven by targets, with a passion for outdoor environments that stand up to wear and weather while delivering excellent user experience.
What you will do includes building and executing business development plans, conducting market research to identify opportunities, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will also support senior leadership in key initiatives and contribute to brand awareness initiatives through trade shows, demonstrations and customer referrals. Responsibility

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the outdoor sport, playground and landscape sectors \n
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, facility managers, architects and government buyers \n
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure \n
- Prepare compelling proposals and pricing aligned with client needs \n
- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery \n
- Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategy and positioning \n
- Represent Eco Outdoor at trade shows, client meetings and product demonstrations \n
- Negotiate contracts and manage post-sales client satisfaction
Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field \n
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, outdoor, or landscaping sectors \n
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets \n
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills \n
- Ability to travel within Malaysia as needed \n
- Knowledge of outdoor surfaces, playground safety standards or landscape products is a plus \n
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office suite \n
