Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, inbound inquiries, and referrals.
- Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities with high impact and revenue potential.
- Conduct discovery calls and tailored presentations to articulate value and ROI for prospective partners.
- Negotiate terms, draft proposals, and close agreements that align client needs with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies for the Central Region.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, and report on key sales metrics and forecast accuracy.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network in the Central Region or Singapore market; ability to prospect and build relationships quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
