Responsibility

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Grow and manage relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and align HR Jack Consultant solutions.
  • Prepare, customize, and present persuasive proposals, respond to RFPs and RFQs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver compelling solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding of new clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and competitive proposals.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using a CRM system, tracking activities and results.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to advance the brand and win opportunities.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Proven track record in business development or B2B sales in Malaysia, preferably in HR services or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics; ability to manage and report on a sales pipeline.
  • Self motivated with a target driven mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience in writing proposals and responding to RFPs and RFQs with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated networking skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
