Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within the casino and leisure sectors, focusing on Singapore's Central Region.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools; coordinate with marketing and product teams to tailor proposals.
- Conduct engaging client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals aligned with company policy.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Foster strong relationships with current clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide insights to inform strategy and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven B2B sales track record, ideally within casino/leisure or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close deals.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
