Ninja Van, a technology-driven logistics leader, is expanding its footprint in Jakarta with a focus on serving the pharmaceutical sector. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive who can bridge the gap between pharmaceutical clients and our cutting-edge logistics and software solutions. In this role, you will accelerate revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored value propositions that optimize pharma supply chains and improve patient access.
\nAs a key member of our Jakarta team, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal development and deal closure. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to design solutions that meet client needs, ensure successful implementation, and drive long-term customer success. Responsibility
- Identify and target new pharmaceutical clients, distributors, hospitals, and clinics in Jakarta and surrounding regions; build a robust pipeline with defined KPIs.
- Develop and present tailored value propositions, proposals, and commercial terms to win new business and expand existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements; ensure compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to implement customized logistics and pharma supply chain solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast revenue, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
- Represent Ninja Van at industry events, conferences, and client meetings; cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting pharmaceutical logistics; adapt strategy accordingly.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in pharma, healthcare services, or tech-enabled logistics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Indonesian market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong network within pharma distributors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical suppliers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; data-driven with forecasting ability.
- Willingness to travel within Jakarta region and occasional nationwide travel as needed.
