Join ConnectOS as a results driven Business Development Executive focused on expanding our US security systems integration practice. This remote friendly role is based in the Philippines with a work from home setup and requires strong cross border sales acumen. You will drive growth for a growing security solutions provider that specializes in access control, CCTV, video surveillance and low voltage engineering for commercial and enterprise clients across the United States. This opportunity lets you influence security outcomes for diverse customers while collaborating with a flexible, goal oriented team.

As a key member of our sales team, you will own the end to end sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation and closing. Build a robust pipeline by identifying target accounts, developing strategic outreach plans and nurturing relationships with security integrators, facility managers, IT leaders and enterprise buyers. Work closely with engineering and product teams to tailor security solutions, prepare compelling proposals, respond to RFPs and ensure smooth handoffs for implementation. Monitor market trends, competitive activity and regulatory changes shaping the US security landscape to refine our go to market strategy. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator, comfortable presenting to executives and motivated by quota attainment and commission driven earnings.

Responsibility

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US security systems integration market, focusing on access control, CCTV and video surveillance solutions.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, tracking activity in our CRM.
  • Develop strategic account plans and nurture relationships with security integrators, facility managers and enterprise buyers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor security solutions and prepare compelling proposals and RFP responses.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing; close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to expand brand presence and refine GTM strategy in the US market.
  • Coordinate post sale onboarding and project handoffs to installation teams to ensure customer success.
  • Provide timely forecasts, reporting and KPI updates to leadership and contribute to sales strategy improvements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in security systems or low voltage solutions with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies such as access control, CCTV, video surveillance and intrusion detection; familiarity with US market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; able to influence executives and technical stakeholders remotely.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management and self motivation; willingness to work across time zones.
  • Technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering teams and translate client needs into practical solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events as needed.
