Responsibility
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools; forecast accurately and report progress to leadership.
- Build strategic partnerships, channel programs, and co-sell motions with system integrators and ecosystem partners.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles, including proposals, negotiations, and contractual terms with C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing to craft compelling value propositions and account-based campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings, delivering persuasive pitches.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and go-to-market planning.
Qualification
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-suite audiences.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
