We are seeking a results-driven Franchise Development Manager to lead market expansion, identify high-potential territories, and close franchise agreements with qualified partners.
In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to design compelling franchise offers, evaluate market viability, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a franchise deal.

Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new franchise markets and territories aligned with company growth strategy.
- Lead generation and outreach to prospective franchisees through multi-channel campaigns.
- Structure, present, and negotiate franchise disclosure documents and agreements.
- Collaborate with Marketing andFinance to develop recruitment campaigns and financial models for new openings.
- Conduct financial viability analyses and ROI modeling for potential franchises.
- Manage the deal lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding and launch support.
- Develop training and onboarding plans for new franchisees to ensure rapid, compliant ramp-up.
- Monitor performance metrics, provide ongoing support, and implement playbooks to drive network growth.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of franchise development, sales, or multi-unit operations experience.
- Proven track record closing franchise deals with national brands and strong ROI outcomes.
- Solid financial acumen with experience modeling franchise financials and FDDs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel 25-40% of the time for meetings, site visits, and onboarding.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of franchising laws and regulatory requirements or a strong willingness to learn.
