Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Build, manage, and forecast a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and related tools.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor solutions and value propositions.
- Lead contract negotiations and close strategic, multi-stakeholder deals with C-level executives.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel programs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine GTM strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to expand brand presence.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B software or SaaS business development or sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce), analytics, and pipeline management.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to travel as needed (25-30%).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
