NovaBridge Technologies is seeking a results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across the North American market. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and finance to unlock new opportunities and expand our enterprise client base.
You will own the end-to-end growth cycle, identify target verticals, and shape our go-to-market strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you are data-driven, customer-obsessed, and comfortable engaging with C-level executives, we want to hear from you.
Responsibility
- Identify and qualify strategic growth opportunities across defined verticals and target accounts.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of B2B SaaS opportunities using CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from initial outreach to contract signing with cross-functional teams (sales, product, legal, finance).
- Develop and execute multi-channel outbound and inbound strategies, including targeted outbound prospecting, inbound engagement, and events.
- Forge strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate revenue, market expansion, and co-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to tailor value propositions, proposals, and pricing to customer needs.
- Negotiate terms, craft compelling proposals, and close deals with a focus on long-term value and customer success.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience in SaaS or tech.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing multi-seat or enterprise deals with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and data-driven selling.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to articulate complex ROI and value propositions.
- Experience building and nurturing strategic partnerships, channel programs, and co-sell initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
