SummitSphere Partners is seeking a results-driven Senior Negotiation Manager to lead strategic deal-making across a dynamic portfolio of clients and partners. As a key member of our commercial team, you will own end-to-end negotiations, from discovery and preparation through to contract execution and post-close optimization. Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end negotiation strategies for complex commercial agreements with vendors, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare negotiation playbooks, BATNA analyses, and objective matrices to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Sales to draft and revise contracts that protect value while enabling speed-to-close.
  • Develop vendor and partner relationships to unlock favorable terms and long-term collaborations.
  • Coach cross-functional teams on negotiation tactics, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor market intelligence and benchmark terms to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Lead post-negotiation execution, including change orders, renewals, and performance reviews with tracking metrics.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of negotiation experience in B2B environments, with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify value, risk, and financial impact.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; comfortable presenting to executives.
  • Experience negotiating across functions including Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Proficiency with contract management systems and negotiation analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and influencing skills, with high integrity and ethics.
