NovaBridge Technologies is a fast-growing AI enabled software company that helps enterprises optimize operations and unlock new revenue streams. We are seeking a results driven Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, and close strategic opportunities across the Americas and EMEA.
As a cornerstone of our go to market team, you will partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft compelling value propositions, build robust pipelines, and accelerate revenue growth.
Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and market research.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and execute multi channel go to market plans with Marketing and Product.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with enterprise, mid market, and strategic accounts.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long term retention.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs; represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualification
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record of closing multi million deals and achieving targets.
- Strong network within relevant industries and enterprise buyers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
