Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels across targeted verticals
- Develop and execute effective account plans to penetrate new markets
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Lead partnership discussions, negotiate terms, and close strategic deals
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure rapid value delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine growth strategy
- Represent the company at events, webinars, and industry forums
Qualification
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in tech SaaS
- Proven track record closing multi-year SaaS deals with mid-market to enterprise clients
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven selling
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities
