As a key member of our growth team, you will shape our go-to-market strategy, build relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, and mentor junior team members, enabling scalable, long-term impact.
Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for targeted verticals and regions
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting to closure
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand reach and capabilities
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions
- Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with buyers at multiple levels
- Mentor and coach junior team members to raise organizational capability
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue targets
- Strong network within enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Data-driven with proficiency in CRM systems (eg. Salesforce) and analytics
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
