In this role you will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and collaborate cross functionally with marketing and product teams to tailor our solutions to client needs. You will represent Sert Technology in client meetings, deliver compelling proposals, and negotiate win win contracts that align with company goals. Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and verticals to expand Sert Technology's client base.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using our CRM, tracking prospects from initial contact to closing.
- Initiate outreach, present technology solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor offerings to client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Build strategic partnerships and channel relationships to accelerate market penetration.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing, positioning, and go to market strategies.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline analytics for leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience in tech or IT services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of the local Cavite market and Philippine tech landscape is a plus
