We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to source, qualify, and close high-value opportunities while shaping our market presence in the Southwest region.
As a key member of our Revenue team, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships and deals, collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success, and drive revenue through strategic wins. What you will do: identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, negotiate and close multi-quarter deals, develop partner programs, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
Responsibility
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in targeted sectors.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear stages and metrics.
- Develop and execute multi-quarter account plans with senior stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms, craft compelling proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Establish strategic partnerships and referral networks to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to optimize onboarding and retention.
- Track and report on KPIs, forecast accuracy, and revenue impact.
- Represent the company at industry events and build brand awareness.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Ability to create and execute strategic account plans and partnerships.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
