Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in the West Region to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; lead end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation.
- Develop tailored value propositions and proposals for enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive inbound/outbound campaigns and optimize lead generation.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding with cross-functional teams (product, customer success, finance).
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitive landscape, and provide feedback to product and leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, track KPIs, and provide weekly forecasts and performance reports.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships and negotiate complex deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
