Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, inbound/outbound lead generation, and strategic networking.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking activity and forecasting.
- Develop strategic partnerships with enterprises, MSPs, and system integrators to drive revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes and high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align offerings with customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to executives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform growth strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to boost brand awareness.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and data-driven selling.
- Strong networking abilities and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25%.
