NovaBridge Solutions is a fast-growing B2B tech company empowering enterprises with data-driven growth partnerships. We're looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our global sales team in Singapore.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end business development cycle, from market discovery to partnership negotiation, and you will work closely with product, marketing, and customer success to accelerate revenue and customer value.
Responsibility
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new strategic partnership opportunities that align with company objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with measurable quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to shape offerings for target verticals and markets.
- Negotiate terms, agreements, and multi-year partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Forecast revenue accurately and provide quarterly business reviews to leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, delivering compelling value propositions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales experience in B2B tech.
- Proven track record of generating and closing multi-million SGD deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to travel regionally (APAC) as needed and work hybrid in Singapore.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
