Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and market research.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from engagement to close, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Develop strategic partnerships, channel programs, and alliance initiatives to expand market reach.
  • Lead RFP responses, proposal development, and solution demonstrations for enterprise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute demand generation campaigns that fuel pipeline growth.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize value for both clients and NovaBridge.
  • Maintain CRM records, track metrics, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B business development or strategic sales in tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals with mid market to enterprise accounts.
  • Strong network in North American enterprise IT and a demonstrated ability to build win-win partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25-30% and operate across time zones as needed.
  • Self-motivated, data driven, and able to work independently in a fast paced startup environment.
