You will own the end-to-end growth strategy, identify new markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and customer value. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a deal-maker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for building long-term relationships.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive demand, product feedback, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, draft and review contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 or more years of B2B business development or sales experience in technology or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network in enterprise accounts and ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and a data driven mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and thrive in a fast paced environment.
