Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and market research
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead to close
- Develop strategic partnerships with channel partners and enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling messaging and campaigns
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals with stakeholders
- Provide accurate forecasting and quarterly/annual revenue planning
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
- Analyze market trends and feedback to influence product and strategy
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years in business development, partnerships, or technology sales
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing strategic deals
- Strong network within relevant industries and ability to build long-term relationships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales analytics
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and finance teams
- Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
