Join Crown Construction, a rapidly growing construction firm delivering high-end interior fit-outs and complex construction projects across Singapore. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our ID Fitout Works division, targeting corporate, commercial, and government-related interiors. Based in Loyang, East Region, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
As our BDM, you will translate client needs into compelling proposals, collaborate with operations to ensure project feasibility, and position Crown Construction as the trusted partner for end-to-end fit-out solutions. You will conduct market research, identify key decision-makers, and craft differentiated value propositions that highlight quality, safety, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is energetic, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deals from prospecting through closing.

Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for ID Fitout Works, including corporate offices, retail spaces, and hospitality interiors.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, facility managers, and procurement teams.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Collaborate with pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure proposals reflect project feasibility, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare accurate budgets, commercial proposals, and risk assessments to support win strategies.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to expand network.
- Develop and implement targeted sales plans, pipelines, and KPIs to achieve growth targets.
- Maintain CRM records, forecast accurately, and report progress to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in construction or fit-out sectors.
- Proven track record of closing large commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong network with corporate real estate, facilities management, and architectural firms in Singapore.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed within Singapore.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local codes, safety, and procurement processes.
