Job description
Ma Kuang Chinese Medicine & Research Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive, outcomes-driven Business Development Manager to lead healthcare partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional Chinese medicine practices, clinical research capabilities, and modern healthcare providers, including clinics, wellness centers, and hospital networks. You will translate scientific insights and patient care benefits into compelling value propositions that resonate with medical professionals, decision-makers, and strategists in a fast-paced market.

The ideal candidate combines B2B sales experience with healthcare industry know-how, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a data-driven mindset to forecast results and optimize performance.
This position offers a clear path to leadership within a growing organization that values integrity, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care. You will collaborate with clinical researchers, product teams, and marketing to shape programs that advance our mission while delivering measurable value to partners and patients alike. If you are passionate about advancing traditional medicine through strategic collaborations, we invite you to apply and make a lasting impact in Singapore’s healthcare landscape.
