Join our team at RecruitPedia Pte Ltd as a Business Development Manager focusing on the Southeast Asia region within the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional B2B sales to F&B manufacturers with a specialization in mechanical systems.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in SEA
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients in the F&B manufacturing sector
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet revenue targets
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the F&B manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the SEA region
