Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in the construction sector within Clark Freeport Zone and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to scope opportunities and align with company capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and provide reliable forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform strategy and reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate new leads.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in construction or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering client value.
- Strong knowledge of the local market, procurement processes, and regulatory environment in the Philippines.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; ability to develop persuasive proposals.
- Willingness to travel within Pampanga and nearby regions as needed.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
